CONFEDERATE WHITWORTH BULLET

I recently dug this in Nashville, Tennessee using a custom Minelad Elite. It is my forth Whitworth bullet to find with a metal detector. This rare bullet has a diameter of .45 caliber and weighs 524 grains. This is 24 grains heavier than a .458 Winchester "Elephant Gun" bullet, which weighs 500 grains.
