Civil War leather dated 1864

Nashville leather with dated cartouche! I can't be sure on the name, it's something like Clark Co. but the date is NOV 20, 1864. We found several leather items with the makers cartouche, one was listed in Nashville. It was a knee high officers boot with a pair of wool socks inside. This piece could have been a part of a gauntlet (glove), boot or no telling.
